I decided to select a country from Northern Africa for my first recipe segment---In the future, I will select from Eastern,Western and South Africa as well. Northern Africa consist of 7 countries Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, and Western Sahara. The country of my choice is Morocco.
